My New Year Resolution For Yoga :
( here we go… this year all my resolutions will be fulfiled! )
1. Built more strength esp. core strength
2. Master headstand and hence overcome my fear of inversions
3. Master Hanumanasana ( the split )
4. Master Royal Pigeon full pose
5. Learn to be more aware of my body and learn to be more observant
6. Respect my body and eat responisbily i.e. healthy food and less junk food
7. Not to be afraid to open myself up to people
