Yey, my knee is finally getting much better and stronger now. Yesterday I went to an interesting yoga class. The class was focused on the Core, mainly the abdominal area. It was good man. We also did the wheel with the yoga blocks. It was a very different experience when using the blocks at the feet and then at the hands. I can feel a opening in the chest and a very light feeling when using the blocks on the hands. Indeed, it was very “eye” opening. But I still lack the strength to hold on the wheel for longer periods of time.
For today I went to my favourite Power Yoga class which really makes you work your muscles all over.
And also to a yin class which goes really deep into hip openings. Your body will feel really light and open after the class!
