I went for this class which had only 3 students and the teacher graciously agreed to focus the class on shoulder openings. It was a very interesting class. We did some actions to help us “feel” our shoulders, learning how our rotation and limitation of our shoulders.
The highlight was when the teacher showed us the pose Yogi Danasana. All of 3 of us in class were wowed. Teacher jokingly says if you can do this, it is “stylo milo”… hee hee… but it was really “stylo milo” but this pose requires your shoulders and hips to be quite open in order to go into it.

Wow, it always raining non stop for like 2 days now. The world has become this gloomy sleepy place. every morning I am greeted by watery grounds and brrrr… cold cold winds. You hardly see anyone in Singapore wearing sweater and yet for the past 2-3 days i have covered myself with sweater and my feet with warm socks. But… on the bright side of the rainy situation is that I get very nice cozy sleep everynight!

Yey, my knee is finally getting much better and stronger now. Yesterday I went to an interesting yoga class. The class was focused on the Core, mainly the abdominal area. It was good man. We also did the wheel with the yoga blocks. It was a very different experience when using the blocks at the feet and then at the hands. I can feel a opening in the chest and a very light feeling when using the blocks on the hands. Indeed, it was very “eye” opening. But I still lack the strength to hold on the wheel for longer periods of time.
