I just do not get it!
I just cannot kick up to a handstand! I can kick up to a forearm balance and anything in forearm… but i just cannot kick up against the wall for a handstand. It’s like a fear that freeze me whenever i try to kick up to the handstand. I know i could do it as as long as someone helps me with it with a slight push, i can stay up in a handstand against the wall for a long time.
I wonder now is this a problem that stems from my life? the fear that cripples me to achieve greater success, that same fear that somehow is manifesting here in my handstand. Food for thought for me.
It is like what some yoga teacher says, if you feel tightness in your hips, it is probably due to you unable to let go or unable to express your affections etc. Somehow your body during yoga practice is a reflection of who you are.

I do not know but it is no harm taking the opportunity to look into yourself and understand.
