My body is back to its normacy. I do not feel as tired and sleepy. Or maybe it is because I took leave and had a relaxing day at home gathering much missed sleep. I think the sickness has in a way done good for me. My left shoulder which usually feel weird and less “connected” to my body, seemed to be less obvious now. Like yesterday when I did the inversion class, both shoulder felt the same. It was fun doing all the different inversions, from handstand, pincha, pincha with legs apart, scorpion and scopion handstand etc. The difference that this class is that sometimes the teacher wants us to do all this away from the wall but with his help of course.

It seems that my body is still in recovery mode. Today class was not tough and yet I found no energy to pull through the class.
Maybe my body is still trying to get rid of that last sniffing, running nose… everyone said I look thinner. Maybe weaker looking, I doubt I am any thinner. I really miss that daily anticipation in going for yoga class. Now everyday it seems like a drag…. I just need more rest I guess… love my body! get well soon!

yikes…. yes, yet and again…

I myself, have been down with the dreaded flu. Was down bed ridden for 2 full days. Fever went all the way to a whopping 38.8degrees. I guess I might have burnt off some brain cells as well… horrific feeling and I have a client who kept badgering me even though there was another person already assigned for that project. They just need to hear me I guess to tell them that everything is ok… i dunno… but anyway i was in no position to talk much less think… so i closed all communication. Was that too much to ask for 2 days off for a sick person? Doctor asked me if i was working too hard. I think I am and hence the body decided that enough is enough and we need to get some rest!

Fantastic day! I had the honor of another yogi, Richard visiting my blog and commenting that he like what I posted about how to go into pigeon. I feel so honored and happy that my tiny blog has someone REAL to read!

Thank you , Richard! Your comment made my day :)

OK this is my second time writing this blog entry…. i hope it goes through this time…. ~om~

Yes, I have finally done my very first pigeon! ( rewriting a blog entry is a nightmare…. my first one was great… gosh now I have to rethink what I have written just now ) SO Darn cool!

This was all due to this teacher’s clear instructions that helped me finally go into the pose (with his help and encouragement too! ) I am very thankful for all his guidance.
