It has been almost a year since I started yoga. I believe in fate. I truly do.
It was fate that I got to know a dear friend and she was the one who brought me to yoga. Fate.
It was fate that I learn yoga from a inspiring yoga teacher that got me hooked to yoga ( forever I believe ). Fate.
It was also fate that people meet and some end up as best of friends and some end up as a couple. Fate.
How amazing fate is!
Good news! Desiree is holding a yoga workshop over 2 days in KL, Malaysia!
Woo hoo! The entire workshop costs RM500 only. Now I have to plan 2 days to go Malaysia.
Check out this workshop here :
Anusara Yoga Workshop with Desiree Rumbaugh
Her workshop is a must-go. It’s fun and really enlightening. Oooo.. can’t wait. Somemore it is cheaper compared to what I paid for in Singapore.
Weee……
Here I am sitting at the laptop late at night at 1am. Thinking about what yoga classes to go. It has been a hard week for me. First of all, 2 of my favourite yoga teachers are having classes which clashes and it would mean making a choice between the 2 classes. One teacher is the teacher who inspired me and fall in love with yoga and his classes are really good for strengthening and energising. The other teacher is one who has so much knowledge to impart and his classes are really fun and every time I go for his class, I really learn more about each posture. Both are great teachers and I really love to attended both of their classes.
With the recent popularity of youtube, there are some interesting video clips being shared online
this one u gotta see…. to the point of scary man…. super duper yoga girl… she is like rubber….*gasp*
Amazing!!!
He is holding someworkshops over the weekend. I heard that he is a very nice teacher. Really feel like going for his workshops but of course, it’ll cost ya. Each workshop is around $100! But his classes really sounds interesting, these are the two I am considering going ( me not a big fan of the ashtanga but I would love to understand and learn about the poses from the master teachers like him ) :
