He is holding someworkshops over the weekend. I heard that he is a very nice teacher. Really feel like going for his workshops but of course, it’ll cost ya. Each workshop is around $100! But his classes really sounds interesting, these are the two I am considering going ( me not a big fan of the ashtanga but I would love to understand and learn about the poses from the master teachers like him ) :

1. Flying, Floating & Handstanding - He calls the vinyasa with the jumping forward, flying! Yes ashtanga practitioners are flying! I think this is a must go. Maybe he will give tips on how to go into headstand… ( hiak hiak hiak )
2. Inversions, Backbends and Sitting with Your Breath - Oooo backbends… my favourite. Sounds so interesting man!

Hmmm… decisions…

Sooo many classes to go to… om~

  1. go, go, go! hmmm, for some strange reason, i am now considering going to the other 2 sessions too. the first lesson is for foundation, shouldn’t we always start with the foundation? and the 3rd lesson covers chakrasana and jumping back. i wanna learn how to do chakrasana better. sometimes i get stuck and i’m not sure why. decisions, decisions….
