Cannot go for yoga today… due to work. Feeling frustrated especially when you are just sitting around to wait for others to get back to you on stuff… i think this is a good time to try to start meditating… om… had so much planned today… i want to go for yoga and forget about everything else.
Yesterday, the yoga teacher was talking about advanced yoga. She made a comment which strikes me : to be in presence is to forget your past experiences and your future expectation. if you did not think about the past experiences or have certain expectation on what is going to happen, you will not have fear in doing anything…as you will only focused on only now.
I thought about my headstand. When she said to do headstand, i immediately ,moved to the wall. Why? That is because I expect that I will fall and my past experience that I not able to do the headstand, had me go to the wall. This fellow classmate does a very stable headstand and people falling all around him does not affect him at all! his headstand is amazing!
The next time i approach my headstand will be without expectations. OM~
