Yoga Dilemmas

Here I am sitting at the laptop late at night at 1am. Thinking about what yoga classes to go. It has been a hard week for me. First of all, 2 of my favourite yoga teachers are having classes which clashes and it would mean making a choice between the 2 classes. One teacher is the teacher who inspired me and fall in love with yoga and his classes are really good for strengthening and energising. The other teacher is one who has so much knowledge to impart and his classes are really fun and every time I go for his class, I really learn more about each posture. Both are great teachers and I really love to attended both of their classes.

Isn’t this like life? Real life where you have to make the best decision based on your best interests? Or a decision that is influenced by others?

How do one decide?

Like Sunday. I went for 3 yoga classes. Not because I wanted to but because the friends wanted to. Did I decide that I love to go? No, it was a herd thing… follow the herd. Not that it was bad, it was fun actually!

So it does not matter what the decision is. What matters is that once you made the decision, accept the consequences and enjoy the process. Learn and grow from the experience be it good or bad. Nothing worse than keep thinking that it was a bad decision and I should have done this and that. Just let it go and move on. You will feel better.

Ok, back to deliberating which classes to go… ~OM~

Probably just toss a coin or something… hehehe…
