Here is the Anusara Yoga chant :
Sanskrit :
Om Namah Shivaya Gurave
Saccidananda Murtaye
Nisprapancaya Shantaya
Niralambaya Tejase
English :
I offer myself to the Light of Pure Awarenesss, who is the True Teacher
within and without ( the teacher of all teachers ),
Who assumes the forms of Reality, Consciousness and Bliss,
Who is never absent and is full of peace,
Independent in its existence,
It is the vital essence of illumination.
Ok… I have to change host. With this inconsistent host behaviour… I have no choice!
Stay tuned… will need to move almost one year of blogging over…
Om~ more sleepless nights….
While talking to some yoginis, I realised that yoga teachers give a different vibe or connection to different individual. Some people may not like a certain teacher and yet, others will love to attend the classes by the same teacher.
The pose that to me seems to be so near and yet so far. I see people around me doing it with ease all the time. Everytime I go to a so called “advanced” class, everyone will have no problem doing THE HEADSTAND.
I admit again and again. It is the fear. Weird fear that I cant seem to catch hold of and stare at it in its face and shout “go away”. So I have taken a easy way out by telling myself to work at it bit by bit. So I decided to do a halfway headstand with the knees bent in instead. And AWAY from the wall.
Grey’s Anatomy is my favourite show on tv right now… I love it.
Here is one of the songs by Snow Patrol featured in the show ( sooooo nice ) :
Here is the lyrics (nice :)) :
Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol
We’ll do it all
Everything
On our own
We don’t need
Anything
Or anyone
If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?
I don’t quite know
How to say
How I feel
