hey are you back to yoga yet, dear body?
Yesterday I went for a “torturing” yoga session as my dear body is still trying to go back to the original “yoga” state. Today my shoulders area are really aching big time! I think it is with all the “tiger breaths” (… vinyasas, 1. down dog, 2. smoothly glide downwards without touching floor into push up 3. like continuing the motion into an up dog 4. and smoothly back into a down dog — one of my favs as it is so graceful and strong at the same time!) , one legged down dogs (in down dog with one leg lifted in the air) , one legged flying down dogs ( same as onelegged down dog but with one of the hands also up in the air ) and some inversions.
