The longer you do your handstands, the more likely you will get wrists pain. At least for me. One good way to relieve the pain is to do some counter exercises for the wrists to release the tension. The exercises here are not only good for relief of pain from handstand but also generally good for the wrists after say working very long at the PC.

I have officially caught a cold. Not a small one but rather a big messy drippy one. And my nose is red and terribly itchy.
Currently I think the cold is morphing into a cough. Do colds morph? Anyway, this is one “great” excuse for me to skip yoga for 2 days in a row. The day before I planned to go but last minute appointment caught me off guard and had to scoot just before the class. Today I was hoping to attend class but alas the messy running nose that had me up all night refused to stop… I cannot even talk proper on the phone with clients, often gasping for breath. ( talking is exhaling, so since the nose is blocked and runny, I had to breathe in and out through the mouth )
