Do you ever wear shoes that somehow manage made my left knee go wonky? No, no, nosiree, I do not get hurt through those intense yoga practice, but somehow one way or the other I always get hurt in the most unlikely way. Maybe because the more unlikely it is, the more I did not take care.
Last time it was the inner thigh, the last few days, the left knee. Not that my left knee was really ok. Previously I had this sharp pain in the left knee when doing pigeon with the left leg bent from the back. And I could not do pigeon pose at all! It was only through Desiree Rambaugh whom I asked. She was so earnest and tried whole heartedly to help me find out what’s wrong with me. I felt truely indebted to her when she found out that somehow the bone in the knee was pressing against the tendon/muscle in the knee area that caused the pain and it was resolved by just putting the towel right below the knee. ( she actually placed her hand below my knee to help! )
This new problem with the left knee can be felt while I am walking. A quirky feeling. Been resting yesterday and today from yoga so that it will get well soon!
