What is Power Yoga classes without any arm balancing poses?
We did this crow pose and then we had to bring one of the leg from the arm to the chest… Ya right… I think I need another 6 more months…
Anyway I just found a music video by Utada Hikaru, one of my favourite japanese singer. She has just released a new song for the new Hanayori Dango 2 called “Flavor Of Life”. Nice!
