They do not mix.

Somehow when a holiday comes along, I never get to practice yoga. It has been 4 days since I went for any yoga class due to the Chinese New Year! This and the fact that a few of my favorite teachers are on holiday. Now the body is suffering fom the repercussion of having too much festive goodies, all the sinful goodies like pineapple tarts, prawn rolls, cookies ( almond, walnut, peanut… ), sweets and stuff… holy cow… too many to name!

Just need to last until tomorrow when I can get to the nearby gym to start some “goodies” burning workout on the treadmill. I had a recent body composition analysis and found that I am in a pretty good fitness condition ( kudos to yoga!!! ) except I need to get rid of the 2% of excess body fat. This translate to about 3kg of weight loss ( of fats of course! ) Hence I really need to re-ignite the body metabolism by introducing some aerobics exercise to complement my yoga practice as well.

But first, need to burn off those goodies I ate during the last few days!
