		<description>Hiya again.  Book marks are our friends. ;-&gt;

Half Moon pose, that&#039;s the one! *looks at the pic* Yep, though I manage to look a bit more silly than that doing it I&#039;m sure. I figure that&#039;s half the fun, heh heh.

I love how that page lists &quot;Diarrhea&quot; as a caution. I don&#039;t know about you, but Yoga is the last thing that I would be doing if I were suffering from that, lol. :D

Oh, I do push myself a bit, but I keep my limitations in mind. I have a small muscle injury in my left hip that I need to consider.

Heroes is about to start, gotta go.

Have a good eve over there,

		<description>Hi Steph

Glad you enjoyed your yoga class!

Oooo that pose is Half Moon Pose or Ardha Chandrasana. See this picture from Yoga Journal ( good website to learn about the various poses ) : http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/784_1.cfm

I am sure you will improve and get strong after consistent practice. But do listen to your body and do not let ego take over. I got hurt couple of times because I over force my body! ( you can read my weird pains I get... LOL )

Namaste!

		<description>Heya. I found you through MyBlogLog.

I&#039;m enrolled in a Yoga class at my university and have found it considerably more physical than I expected it to be. It&#039;s fun though. :-)

I don&#039;t know the names of the positions. The most difficult pose for me is balancing on one leg and one arm, with the other leg lifted and the arm pointing directly up.

*reads over that again* Yeah, I think that describes it, hah.

As for the mind, yeah, mine is always jumping from one thing to another. I&#039;m not sure that I can even keep it quite for ten seconds.

Enjoy! ;D
