Wishing everyone a happy Labor day! Take a break, go for a nice dinner or just go connect yourself back to nature by heading to the beach or a walk in the nature reserve.

Take a deep deep breath. It’s a beautiful life!

But I am thankful that it did not bring about a sore throat. Coughs and a little stuffy nose surely can’t kill anyone right? So I still pushed on, working until late at night ( but I did take a break from Yoga as I know my runny nose, coughing definitely will do nobody any good… but my dog just have to bear with me though… :P )
