The reason I am asking this is that today I woke up with a bad case of cold… I am practically dripping glooey nose “stuff”… *ACHOO*… *sPLat*

Is there anyway to cure a bad cold using yoga? Perhaps some pranayama that can help?

Can’t think proper either and stomach has been acting up… cannot even digest simple food like bread.
On the bright side, my cold only came after my Taipei trip :) Thank goodness! One of the friends who went with me was down for 2 days with vomiting and suffered fever with boughs of cold. At one point, she was even shivering with white lips even with 3 layers of sweater on her. But luckily she recovered on the third day.

Yesterday I went back to class and I realized that my inner thigh muscle that has been strangely painful is now… gone!

I was able to go into Hanumanasana on one side finally and able to go out of the pose without feeling this pulling pain in the muscle. The cure is just to stop the strenuous exercises and just rest ( although in my case I still do a lot of walking in Taipei while I was there… in fact did some climbing of mountains that left me blisters in my feet! )

This has been quite an adventurous trip for me.

8 days in Taipei of glorious food and shopping. PLus a day in Pure Yoga at Pure Tower and meet up with one Singapore teacher who is teaching there now!

I miss Taipei already…
