Yesterday I went back to class and I realized that my inner thigh muscle that has been strangely painful is now… gone!
I was able to go into Hanumanasana on one side finally and able to go out of the pose without feeling this pulling pain in the muscle. The cure is just to stop the strenuous exercises and just rest ( although in my case I still do a lot of walking in Taipei while I was there… in fact did some climbing of mountains that left me blisters in my feet! )
The absence of my daily yoga practice during the 8 days left me less strength and energy. I could not hold a pose as long as before.
But that can be corrected easily now that I am back!
