Life Is A Balance – Ups and Downs

Yes, finally over my giddiness… I wonder why. It’s a wonder how extra few hours of sleep help kick you back in shape ( alot less dark eye circles too )

After my “Down”, there is bound to be an “Up”!

So back in class, I am.

Doing headstand, I am. Still 2 seconds. But hey at least it is still 2 seconds. Just have to work the time back to the 8 seconds. :D

Here is my “Up”, I finally did a successful “Wild Thing” into a full Wheel !!!!! All on my own! *grinning ear to ear*
( we went into full side plank and then drop the leg behind, then “flip” over to wheel ) I cannot really land on my hand to do the full wheel as I always get a weird awkwardness on my shoulder on the supporting side and I can only touch the floor with my other hand. Somehow, today that feeling was gone from the shoulder. I did the complete land and even turn back up from the wheel!

All along I had it in me. This made me realize that there are really so many things in life that I have it in me and it is up to me and whether I was strong enough to go through or pull though them, to conquer and face fear in the face and bash through it!

OM~ Yoga makes us strong mentally too! :)
