Yoga Causes More Pain?

Hmmm…

Do you think yoga causes more pain in your body?

After I began practicing yoga more regularly ( almost everyday ), I realized that I always have some pain in the body. For example currently I have a pain in the left upper arm. Prior to this was a inner thigh muscle pain. I also remembered about 1 year plus back, when I was feverishly practicing 2-3 classes a day, I always woke up with an aching body.

Before my “yoga” life, I had not much pain in the body. Or perhaps I did not know about them as I did not get to use those parts or muscles… aha!

No use, no knowledge and hence no pain. In oblivion. Good?

Not really. Back then, I was totally clueless about my body. Now I felt good about my body and know how wonderfully strong it is. I have learnt to appreciate and respect my body much much more than when I did not take up yoga. I am still in awe on how the strong and yet how flexible the body can be.

om~ ok.. time to catch some snooze… need to wake up real early for class…
