I’m a “balanced yogi” (You love your friends unconditionally and accept them for who they are no matter what their yoga style preference, religious beliefs, or spending habits. You focus on the good in people and would never try to change them. Almost everyone feels comfortable in your presence. You live your yoga..etc…)
I like the pic for the hippie yogi, though. Tree pose is one of my favorites! I especially love when I hold that pose long enough to reach a meditative state…it’s beautiful.

Hi Joanne
Yes, I love tree pose too! Try this variation : arms up, open the arms slightly, head look up and do a slight backbend… opening to grace… beautiful to express!
Hi wonderkid
Knowing you… you really are a balanced yogi!
I guess I do have a bit of a hippie in me… I really do love animals…and yes I need moderation… in my coffee intake… and more sleep. Cause? I need to find a cause for my life… still looking though… suggestions ?
