This is Day 4 of my attempt to stay vegetarian. Today I faltered a bit when I had chicken soup with mee sua (a type of chinese rice vermicilli ) and I ate a piece of fish cake. Everything with meat today looks especially good. I almost succumbed to the temptation of a piece of chicken breast but I held on. So far, I do not feel more healthy. I guess the reason is that I still ate quite a lot sugary breads and biscuits. I guess that is not very good. Anyway I hopped on the weighing scale today and to my horror… my weight increased 1 kg!! Either the sickness for the past week and the inactivity had my weight going up or I had built more muscles. Argghh…
