Is practicing yoga religiously everyday sufficient to carry you through a 10km marathonrun without doing any training? Yes and No.

If you are thinking of running all the way for 10km, no way! Maybe it is possible for a 5km run but not 10km.

Well, even though I did not come in at the first 10 ( DOH… ), I think I did a respectable run + jog + walk. In total I probably ran around 7km with the rest walking and thinking about going to loo…

Hit by an inspiring video (by Patrick during one of his Wild Lotus class in Hongkong – he did a Titibasana, then into a handstand and finally dropped soundlessly to a chaturanga… ( *jaw drop awesome* – Ahem, one day….one day….) which I watched yesterday, I went on a video craze and look what I found on Youtube… more awe inspiring videos from all these great Anusara teachers :

Finally the neck pain is gone… totally… forever I hope. The neck is now ready again for yoga!

I think real trick to getting the pain out is to focus on something else… like matters of the heart. I was not feeling very happy over matters of the heart… what can I say? In fact, it hasn’t been so for the past few months. It’s just very tiring… too much thinking. Anyhooo… I just have to move on.
