Finally the neck pain is gone… totally… forever I hope. The neck is now ready again for yoga!

I think real trick to getting the pain out is to focus on something else… like matters of the heart. I was not feeling very happy over matters of the heart… what can I say? In fact, it hasn’t been so for the past few months. It’s just very tiring… too much thinking. Anyhooo… I just have to move on.

This is week is going to be very busy for me as I plunged myself into rushing some work for a client. I had hope to go for more yoga classes but I doubt I can now that I have a few projects in the pipeline. Busy is good. But not so for my poor headstand. I have officially less than a month to get my headstand right before Bo and Shirley leave. :( I wonder if I still remember how to do my headstand… or have I “deproved”, I wonder?

  1. something to ponder on - trust….. it’s human nature to blame the self, or it’s so easy to think that we are not doing something right or that we are not good enough, but you are, and i believe in you and in everything that you do :) :) :)
