Sunday was the last day for Bo’s classes.
His Power 2 class were fully packed. Everyone was there. It was like the usual class but much more emotional. Deep down everyone was feeling sad but no one showed. Everyone was in class with smiley faces.
It was the savasana that did us all in. Bo played this song about friends. And you can feel the class choking on tears even though it was savasana. After class, no one really cried… but everyone was holding back. And then it happened… in the women’s locker room, then one of us started hugging Shirley and tears just flowed. I was not spared… then you see all the rest starting to tear as well. There were many other who walked past us and they looked puzzled.
