The inevitable has happened.
Skipping of many classes and continuous “food fest” has resulted in my wayward tummy coming back.
I can feel the tummy edges hanging over… arggggh…. luckily the rest of the body seems to be holding up to the original shape.
Time to get back into yoga frenzy mode!
And to stop eating so much food. So… no more solid food after 8pm, less oily food, more soupy food and NO MORE potato chips!
This is not my new year resolution… but this is my MUST DO NOW….

Gotta go for my detox, body cleansing Ashtanga class now…. ( need out clear out some of the toxins in the tummy! )

A whole week of holiday gave me a stiff hamstring :p
