This is not my resolution.
I repeat, this is not my new year resolution.
This is what I MUST achieve in 2008 and beyond. They have to be achieved. And I have disclosed them to the world! *GASP*
1. Master my headstand. Enuff said. ![]()
Steps :
Like what most yoga teachers will tell you… Practice, practice, practice!
2. Lead a healthy life
Steps :
Stop eating potato chips and snacks. Stop eating after 8pm. Eat much less fried food. Drink more water, less coffee. Go for more yoga classes. Eat less sweet stuff like dougnuts, chocolates, ice cream, cakes and muffins. Eat hearty breakfast and very light dinner. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Take my supplements regularly.
3. Become a millionaire.
Now, don’t scoff at this… I am going to make it. ![]()
Plan A :
Create some ingenius tool online that everyone needs. And sell it off to Google or the likes for millions or billions.
Plan B :
Become a genius at trading options. Work only an hour a day. Genius!
Plan C :
Open a yoga-holistic healing place. Where stressed out individuals can come for a wholly peaceful, rejuvenating experience from body mind and soul. Yoga to be personalized for each individual. Monthly one to one session with a yoga teacher to improve each person’s practice and health.
4. Improve my communication skills. Be humble at all times and learn the good from others. Self awareness.
Steps :
Talk to more people. Sincere to everyone I talk to. No one is a baddie. And stop being angry with what others have to say about others. Instead reflect on it and think how I myself can learn from the experience. Buddha is right.
“Pay no attention to the faults of others,
things done or left undone by others.
Consider only what by oneself is done or left undone.”
5. Read a book every month.
Make sure I finish reading all the books that I have bought but yet to read!
Reading List :
Positioning ( currently reading… )
Yoga : The Spirit and Practice of Moving into Stillness
The Power Of Focus
How To Stop Worrying and Start Living
Jivamukti : Practices For Liberating Body and Soul
EMyth Mastery
First Things First
How To Develop Self Confidence And Influence People By Public Speaking
Light On Yoga
Ivanhoe
…. Gosh… That’s reading for the whole year….
6. Go for yoga practice daily and write more blog posts that can help others improve their yoga practice!
Been lazy in my practice for the past few months and no wonder, I could not share as much. In every yoga class, I do learn something new and perhaps something that could help someone who is facing the same problem as me.
7. Clean up my messy room and improve my fengshui.
Time to throw out the old and unused. I still have my school books and notes… yeah…. those ought to be heading out of the room and into the dustbin. As all feng shui masters and books say, clearing space is always good feng shui!
Namaste!

Practise makes perfect !
happy new year to you.
hee hee…
thats loads of resolutions…
ALL THE BEST …!!!
OM SHANTI …
Really cool that the law of attraction-thinking is spreading around the world!
Just stay focus and you will succeed in all of your 2008 goals.
#5 is a good one!
