I have long heard of 108 sun salutations or the likes during special gathering whether for world peace or save the whales. Why 108?

According to some Hindu and Buddhist traditions, there seemed to be special significance to 108. No matter what it holds, the thought of dedicating your practice to a good cause no doubt a worthwhile effort.

Though I have not done it yet. I would like to… one day. 108… yikes.

Boo Hoo… I am back… back to reality… no more pyramid, fountains or giant heaps of potatoes…

I was worried when I reached San Fransico on 6 February, I would be too tired to go for Sianna Sherman’s workshop in the same day afternoon.

But after sleeping for hours on the plane, I felt quite awake when I got off the plane. I was confused with the time for a while and had a heavy lunch at Subway ( yes, my first meal in the US is Subway… ) thinking that I still had 3 hours more to digest the meal when in actual fact, I had only 1 hour.
