Travel Yoga

I am back again from US. Post jet lag after a good rest of 1 week.

3 long weeks without a proper sun salutation. I am expecting the worst even I did incorporate some yoga poses (selected) during my stay in the US.

Last Saturday, I attended my first post trip yoga class. I was surprised that I did good, not as good but considering 3 weeks? I expected much much less. Perhaps my far and few selected yoga poses did some good after all.

I did only the few yoga poses like headstand, handstand(inversions always great after a long day of walking), backbending, side stretching and some quick core works on alternate days and if I am not having too much food. Doing them in the morning before breakfast is a great way to start my day and I felt more alert.

By the way, the next day on Sunday, my body ‘hit’ back with shoulder and arm arches. Yikes… still feeling them aches.
