I have been watching Grey’s Anatomy and one phrase struck with me when the Hospital Chief Webber said this to a man who was stuck and hurt in an ambulance in an accident :

As the end of the year draws near yet again, one wonders why time whizzes past you so fast… unbelievable.

Looking back, what have progress have I made? What insights did I have?

One of the most important thing or lesson I’ve learnt is that you cannot control others. The only one you can control is yourself. Other than that, it is entirely beyond your control.
