One of my favorite pose is Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana - see pose here). It looks deceptively simple… anyone who sees this pose for the first time probably won’t believe how difficult it is to do. I know I was duped when I saw someone doing this pose.

Usually most people enjoy yoga poses they can do well and they want to do them. Some of my favorites include Half Moon ( Ardha Chandrasana ), One-Legged King Pigeon Pose ( Eka Pada Rajakapotasana ), Full Side Plank ( Vasisthasana ), Wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana)…I love them because I can do them and with some ease. They make me feel good!
