During one of the yoga class, the teacher talked about guardian angels in our lives. I did not think much about that until that day when the teacher shared with us the story about his friend and her guardian angel.
Just for that inspiration for all of us lazy yogis…

I dunno why… but I have a urge to get a tattoo… why? I really do not know.
But I do realize that many people practicing yoga get tattoos! Here is a really cool site that I came across that has knuckle tattoos! Yeah, tattoos done on your kunckles… personally I don’t think I will be getting tattoos on my knuckles but they looked cool on the website :

And… I saw the most inspiring yogi today… Bo. It was amazing to see him “float” up from Crow (Bakasana), slowly into a full handstand. Beautiful and graceful and effortless… ( during several seconds, I thought he may fall but he did not!!! )
