Finally Bali.

This is the first time I have not done much reading up about the place before I go. The only research that I did was to source for the one night stay on my own on the first night in Kuta there as the rest of the people in the group are only joining me on the second day. For the rest of the trip, the planning was done by Felicia and Elene - not an easy task, considering they have to try to take care of all 10 of us in the group ( the more people, the more unexpected changes to handle… )

Just the other day, something happened that showed me that the universe is listening.

Some of my friends were planning to go for 2 trips, one to Sarawak ( another climbing expedition ) and also a trip to Bali (climb volcanoes?). The two trips were already pre-arranged amongst several of them since last year and they have already gotten tickets at promotional prices to go. I was late to the party but I really wanted to go to Bali as I have never been there and I’ve always wanted to go there to see the volcanoes ( fascinating! ).
