This sentence sets me thinking. Whatever we are doing, are we thinkingly doing or thoughtfully doing?

Is there a difference?

What is thinkingly doing?
What is thoughtfully doing?

Based on the book “A “Class” After A Class” by Prashant Iyengar, it explains that thinkingly doing as being in the process of thinking and doing at the same time. It is like going into a triangle pose for instance. As you move into the pose, you think. You think how are you moving into the pose, you think this hand in front, this leg is in front, straighten both legs, tuck your tailbone, head look up, hand open bright and straight up. So this is thinkingly doing.
