One of the most sought after sercrets of the humankind or rather of women all over the world is to stay young forever!
This is especailly true for women as some how, women tend to age faster compared to men in terms of loo. Men for some reason, tend to look better when they age. This is demostrated with those male hollywood stars like Johnny Depp ( I used to like him alot in 21 Jump Street when he was young but I really love him when he got older… so much more! ). Well, stars aside, we ordinary folks also want to look fabulous as we age!

Grabbed a nice workout bra at only $38! Oh Joy! Perfect for jogging and rock climbing… ( until I lose another 5 kg…this will stay under my trusty racerback T )

Once again I learnt quite a lot from Charat, an indian yoga teacher who never ceased to amaze me and inspire me in my practice. Every time I step into his class I learn something more than just poses. Somehow I feel always humbled and enlightened with his thoughts and insights on life and yoga.
This time, he wanted us to think of the variation in the yoga poses that we take as the action we take to make ourselves happy.
